Deep Cleaning, kitchen ,dining, bar, and restrooms
For the kitchen and dining deep clean. The food under kitchen equipment is the biggest complaint. You can either move the equipment, to get under it, or bring a water hose with a sink attachment. You can use this to pressure spray the food from up under the equipment. Next make sure that no dirt spots are left around any equipment, or in any corners along the baseboards. The owners will be taking pictures of any dirt spots on the floor. If they request wall cleaning, no spots should be present after cleaning.
Don’t think that just because you cleaned up a pile of buildup before, that if theres one or 2 spots left on the floor, then they will be happy. Always walk the location before you leave and check for missed areas.
Kitchen floors, degrease floors and clean under equipment. You need a floor squeegee, and deck brush for this. Refer to notes on kitchen floor cleaning. If you feel that the floors need to be pressure washed, all you need is a water hose with a sink attachment, and a $20 pressure washer attachment, that attaches to the the water hose. Some finish cleaning everything else, then return the next day with the pressure washer and complete the work.
